What we collect
Only what you choose to give us through the enquiry form or the chat assistant:
- Your name, phone number and (optionally) email address
- The type of care you are asking about, and the city or area
- Anything you type in the message or notes field — which may include health details about you or a family member
- Basic technical information: the page you enquired from, the site that referred you, and your IP address
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, understand the care required, and arrange a suitable caregiver. We contact you by phone, WhatsApp or email using the details you provide.
We do not use your details for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent or trade them to anyone.
Health information
If you tell us about a medical condition, we treat it as sensitive personal data. It is used only to match the right caregiver and brief them, and is shared only with the staff assigned to your case.
Who we share it with
- The care coordinator and caregiver assigned to your family
- Service providers who host our website or handle our messaging, only as needed to operate the service
- Anyone we are legally required to disclose to
If you contact us on WhatsApp, that conversation is also governed by WhatsApp's own privacy terms, which we do not control.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become clients are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted. Client records are kept as long as we provide care and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records.
Your rights

Cookies
This page uses no advertising or tracking cookies. Your browser may store a small amount of information locally so the chat assistant does not restart every time you scroll — this stays on your device.
Security
Enquiries are stored on our own hosting with restricted access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send us documents or identity numbers through the website form.
